Abstract:
Taking the root tip of garlic as material,the induction and culturing methods of callus and induction methods of embryoid were investigated after treated with colchicine,in order to provide basis for enduction of garlic embryoid.The results indicated that on the medium MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L,the root tip of garlic could form soft and dense callus；on the medium MS+KT 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,embryoid could be gotten from dense callus.
