Abstract:
Taking the seeds of Panax quique folium L.as materials,the effect that different culture conditions exerted on the callus induction from embryonic axis explants of Panax quique folium L.were studied.The results showed that culture conditions had significant influence on callus induction from embryonic axis explants(P<0.01).The two ways that embryonic axis were fast ‘community’and slow ‘individuality’ respectively.Moreover,it took the best effect of callus induction when the culture condition was MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
