Abstract:
Microwave digestion technique was used in the digestion of mineral elements of ten radish fleshy root,and the contents of Ca,P,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),and comprehensive evaluation was done by membership function.The results showed that the contents of Ca and P of ‘Dihuangying’ were the highest,and the ‘Huaixian radish’ was the lowest.The content of Fe of ‘Huaixian radish’ was the highest,and the ‘Chunfeicui’ was the lowest.The content of Cu of ‘Chunfeicui’ was the highest,and the ‘Huaixian radish’ was the lowest.The content of Mn of ‘Fengguang’ was the highest and the ‘791’ was the lowest.The content of Zn of ‘Xinke 791’ was the highest,and the ‘Beijingtiancui’ was the lowest.In the comprehensive evaluation,‘Dihuangying’ was the best and the ‘Chunfeicui’ was the worst.
