Abstract:
The seed and cutting multiplication of medicinal plant of  Rhodiola sachaliensis  were studied with different treatments. The results showed that temperature processing and medicament treatment both improved the seeds germination rate,emergence rate and survival rate of Rhodiola sachaliensis obviously in the seed multiplication experiment.The effect of variable temperature treatment was the best,with seed survival rate of 58.67%.In the soilless cutting experiment,the treatment of IAA concentration for 600 mg/L to the cutting had the best survival rate.The optimal substratum was turf soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1.
