Abstract:
With 50% ethanol extracts of Sonchus oleraceus as material,the influence of extracts on respiration intensity,VC content,soluble solid,cytoplasmic membrane permeability and rotling rate of postharvested strawberry were observed.The results showed that 10 mg/mL extracts reduced the respiration of strawberry fruit relatively,slowed down the oxidation rate of vitamin C and the degradation of soluble solid content,retarded the sytoplasmic membrane permeebility.Rotten degree evaluation showed that the strawberry treated with Sonchus oleraceus extracts had a better fresh keeping effect.
