Abstract:
Taking Cymbidium hybridum‘Fukunokam’ as material，the effect of different concentrations of NAA，BA，different addictions，combination of NAA，GA3 and potato juice，on seedlings and rooting of Cymbidium hybridum were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best medium for promoting seedlings and rooting of  Cymbidium hybridum was 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L+Mashed potatoes 150 g/L+Agar 8 g/L+Sugar 20 g/L+Carbon 2.0 g/L，pH 5.4.
