Abstract:
Taking the leaves of Sinningia speciosa  Benth. as explants,the concentration of the different hormone combinations of the Sinningia speciosa Benth. leaves regeneration system and the antibiotics sensitive to kanamycin were studied.The results showed that the significantly different effects of different hormone combinations induction of adventitious bud,the optimal medium for leaf induction was MS with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,while the 1/2 MS medium with 0.5 mg/L NAA was successful for rapid rooting.The leaves of Sinningia speciosa  Benth. with 200 mg/Lkanamycin were sensitive.
