Abstract:
In the present study,grape appearance,physical and chemical properties,and sensory characteristics of dominate table grape cultivar ‘Hutai No.8’under greenhouse cultivation and open cultivation were compared in Yangling district of Shaanxi Province.Meanwhile,the relationship between fruit structure and storability was investigated under two cultivation models.The results showed that the grape quantity of ‘Hutai No.8’ under greenhouse cultivation was higher than that under open cultivation in Guanzhong region.Considering to fruit structure,the maxium pulling force of carpopodium was positively correlated to the diameter of carpopodium,diameter of pedicel and area of fruit brush.The storability of ‘Hutai No.8’ under greenhouse cultivation was better compared to open cultivation.
