Abstract:
Collecting 7 oyster mushroom strains randomly in the market of southern of Hebei,the antagonistic and esterase isozyme of them were detected.The results showed that the difference between five strains were the enzyme in the number,location and color;the antagonism testing had the same results;but there were two strains.The antagonistic test results were antagonistic,esterase isozyme detection results showed the two strains had the same enzyme of number,location and color in main belt location,the slightly difference between the two strains was the enzyme in the number,it showed that the two strains were closer in relationship.It proved that the two detection methods for ostreatus strains identification were effective,it also proved that no synonym or a material number of phenomena on the naming of ostreatus strains in the two companies.
