Abstract:
Taking ‘Red Globe’grape as materials which cultivated in solar greenhouse,the different concentrations of sodium selenite 0(CK),30,40,50,60,70 mg/L were used to handle the grapes at high temperature stress (40±2)℃ to study its influence on fruit quality and heat-resistance.The results showed that under (40±2)℃ high temperature stress,spraying different concentrations of sodium selenite solution could significantly improve fruit tissue CAT,and the activity of SOD APX,restrained the MDA accumulation,increased the content of proline,improved the resistance of the grapes,in which the most significant concentration was 60 mg/L for spraying sodium selenite.
