Abstract:
The rapid micropropagation technology of Heuchera villosa ‘Citronelle’ and Heuchera villosa ‘Caramelr’ were investigated in the experiment.The results showed that the suitable explants was the bud in the greenhouse;the optimal medium for bud induction was MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L;the best medium for successive transfer culture was MS+BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L;and using 1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L as rooting medium was better.Plantlets transplanted on media which contained vermiculite and perlite with 1∶1 had survival rate of more than 95%.
