Abstract:
During the floral bud differentiation of Eulophia flava,four kinds of endogenous hormones IAA,ABA,GA,ZRs contents in pseudobulb were measured with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that in the process of the floral bud differentiation,ABA content and ZRs content in the pseudobulb increased,while IAA content and GA content decreased.The ratio of ZRs to IAA,ZRs to GA,ABA to IAA,ABA to GA presented uptrend,besides,ABA to IAA and ABA to GA leaded a higher ratio than ZRs to IAA and ZRs to GA.
