Abstract:
Taking tissue culture seedlings of A.floribunda as material,the effect of different radication culture medium,different photoautotrophic micropropagation culture condition and cultivate liquid on rooting of A.floribunda were studied,on the basis of that,photoautotrophic micropropagation was compared with traditional tissue culture to study the effect on the tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that photoautotrophic micropropagation technology was suitable for A.floribunda,and the rooting rate reached 92.10%,with root seedlings transplanting survival was compared 87.35%.
