Abstract:
Taking Lilium davidi var.unicolor ?as the materials,the same medium was supplied for different treatments,the propagation efficiency by different concentrations of NAA,different NAA treatment time,different cutting depth and different scales from one bulb were studied.The results showed that the external scales could get the more bulblets those had the less root than the inner scales.The different depth of scale,the concentration of exogenous NAA and the time of scales were soaked effected the generation and quality of bulblets from the scales.The scheme that NAA concentration of 0.50 g/L soaks for 2 minutes and cutting a depth of 5 cm was more conducive to scale cutting propagation.
