Abstract:: The tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium bicolor Lindl were used as material，effects of different mediums on the survival rate and growth of tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium bicolor Lindl during stemporary planting period were studied in this experiment.The results showed that after stemporary planting 15 days，the medium with palm bark+camphor bark+portland stone had the highest survival rate with 81％，the survival rate of the medium with sawdust+plant ash+portland stone and the medium with plant dead roots+plant ash+portland stone was 72% and 75% respectively，while the medium with soil+portland stone was zero.The height，leaves length，leaves width and stem diameter were higher than other mediums after stemporary planting 45 days.
