Abstract:: The effects of five fungicides that were 50% Carbendazim wettable powder,48% Mepartricin wettable powder,58% Metalayyl·Manganese zinc wettable powder,70% Mancozeb wettable powder,75% Chlorothalonil wettable powder,the hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and Penicillium spp. in plate test were studied.The results showed that different kinds and treatment concentrations of fungicides on the hypha growth had significant difference.It was proved that the Carbendazim at concentration of 1 200 times had the best effect with an inhibitory rate of 60.48% on the ?Penicillium ?and had no effect on the hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatu.Therefore，it could be used in Pleurotus ostreatu cultivation.
