With teminal bud，stem，leaf stall，leaf as explants，the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Anthurium andraeanum were stiudied，by the way of bud proliferation or bud induction from the callus.The results showed that the optimal medium for bud proliferation was modifiede MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L，whose proliferation coefficient reached 4.5；the optimal medium for bud induction from the callus was modified MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L，and the proliferation coefficient more than 5.8；the optimal medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L.
