Abstract:
The effect of water stress on the Trachelospermum jasminoides was tested by the method of gradient of water in soil,and the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes were determinated.The results showed that MAD of the drought stress and the moderate stress increased,but the drought stress got faster than the moderate stress,however the flood stress promoted the growth of MAD.The drought stress and the moderate stress suppressed the growth of chlorophyll and leaf water content,but the flood strss of them was tested rising first,and then reduced.All of them showed that Trachelospermum jasminoides was fit for water environment. The plants of the drought stress were dangerous after treated for 14 days and the plants of the moderate stress were dangerous after treated for 21 days.
