Abstract:: Through reserved with 8，12,14,16,20,24 clusters，fruit quality and soluble sugar，starch，lignin of branch that influenced by fruit yield were discussed，in order to provide the appropriate production index of ice wine grapevine ‘Vidal’.The results showed that remain cluster 16 to 20，loading of 3.5 to 4.4 kg per plant，the yield per unit area of 1 330~1 680 kg/667m²，it would improve the fruit quality and content of soluble sugar，starch，lignin of branches.
