Abstract:: After a brief introduction of situation of information dissemination in Heilongjiang rural areas, some problems were analyzed, such as imperfect service system, lower level of education, weak information consciousness and lack of professional staff; some countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthen management, provide more practical scientific information; enhance government investment, establish farmers association; provide special guidance, more experts involved, combining construction of institute and county, ‘caravan’ service mode; strengthen the construction of agricultural extension workers and information services professionals.
