Abstract:
AFLP technique was used to analyze the genomic DNA polymorphism of Agrocybe aegerita and A.salicacola collected from Yunnan.The DNA fingerprint of the eighteen strains in Agrocybe was generated by eleven primer combinations.Eighteen strains of Agrocybe were clustered into two big groups,which phylogenic relationship was distinguished clearly.The results indicated that AFLP technique could be used to construct the DNA molecular fingerprint of A.aegerita and A.salicacola, both of which were very similar in morphology.
