Abstract:

With filter paper and spore germination method，the antibacterial activity of Bidens pilosa L.against three vegetable pathogens(Botrytis spp.，Alternaria?

spp.and Rhizopus spp.)were studied.The results showed that the inhibition of mycelial growth from ethanol extraction was better than the effect of water extraction；the inhibition ratio of spore germination from water extracts was less than the ethanol extracts.Comprehensive antibacterial activity was always enhanced with increasing concentration of the extracts；with different concentrations of the same extracts，the inhibitory effect of Rhizopus spp.was the best，the inhibitory effect on Botrytis spp.was relatively poor.
