The experiment of the 16 contract section from shanghai outer ring’s forest belt of 400 meters were studied.The results showed that the length of time took up seedlings and the emergence of the poplar of canker of standing time present positive correlation；it got up to be soaked with water to there was sure influence to the emergence of poplar of canker behind took up seedlings，morbidity of poplar plant of 48 h soaked with water and both corresponding reduction to some extent of mortality.The powder did not have obvious function on the emergence of canker to take root；two fungus root fungus which were used in experiment were certain inhibitory activity to poplar emergence，and 5 ectomycihizal fungi to prevent and cure poplar of canker had occurred outstanding results in the field planting trees to enhance tree growth trend early．
