Abstract:: Selecting mercuric chloride，sodium hypochlorite and antibiotic solution respectively disinfection on leaves and the stem of Zhonghuahongye，in the experiment three kinds of disinfectants were respectively used with different sterilization time，inoculated in the same medium，the statistics of the rate of contamination and observing the condition of growth.The results showed that for stem and leaf，mercuric chloride was better than that of the others，sodium hypochlorite was the second，antibiotics was the worst.
