Abstract:
The aim was to detect the main nutrient contents in 7 kinds of edible wild herbs from Mountain Emei and to evaluation their edible value.Edible wild herbs were randomly sampled from Mountain Emei,and contents of main nutrient in edible wild herbs were determined with classical methods.The results showed that Oenanthe clecumbens’ nutrient contents which include crude fiber,crude protein and carbohydrate were higher than other edible wild herbs.Besides,Ailanthus altissima(Mill.)Swingle had the highest content of vitamin C.Additionally,wild vegetables’ main nutrient contents were higher than that in normal vegetable.
