Abstract:
The tranfport storage effect of waxberry which was treated by modified atmosphere with coolant or without coolant in it.The results showed that the mode of transport of the modified atmosphere which had coolant in it had the advantage over the other storge ways.The quality of Dongkui wayberry was better than Biqi wayberry,also,railway transport was more favorable than road transport on the wayberry,in terms of the wayberry’s origin,base A’s wayberry had the advantage over the Xiangshan’s Wayberry.Moreover,the better portability and the ingenious design of the modified atmosphere boxes made waxberry transport preservation in the commercial applications with outstanding advantage.
