- Abstract:
- With different specifications of Camptotheca acuminata branches as test material，experiment for grafting seedling was studied.The results showed that different specifications of scion exerted great effects on grafted seedlings’ survival rate，height and diameter growth of Camptotheca acuminata grafting.The specifications were as followed，ordered from higher survival rate to lower one：2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm；from higher height and diameter growth to lower one：1-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm.Based on comprehensive analysis，the overall result showed that 1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm were not suitable for scion，and 1-year-old and 2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm were more suitable for scion.
