Abstract:
With high economic value of ‘Hosui’ pear fruit as material,under the condition of cold,the effect of 1-MCP (1-methylcy clopropene) on fruit storage were studied.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment could improve the hardness of fruit,reduce fruit respiration rate,delayed the appearance of ethylene peak and reducing the peak;1-MCP could control the yield of MDA,inhibit the occurrence of disease;1-MCP also improve VC content showed an advantage.In short,1-MCP could better maintain the fruit during cold storage period of quality and flavor,delaying fruit senescence and decay.
