Abstract:
The study of biological pesticides allicin and chemical pesticides Mancozeb was concerned with the optimum range of concentrations as antibacterial agents in open plant tissue culture.The study quantified the optimum range of concentrations of antibacterial agents by single factor adding different concentrations of allicin and mancozeb in liquid and solid B5 medium respectively.The results showed that the concentration range of bio-pesticides allicin were 0.10~0.17 g/mL had less impact on plant growth and better antibacterial effects.Chemical pesticide mancozeb among the concentration ranges of 0.1~0.7 g/L had significantly promoting role on the growth of roots and buds of plants and ideal antibacterial effect.The conclusion was that allicin and mancozeb can be used as the antibacterial agents in open plant tissue culture.
