Using the same matrix，contrast test of different rooting agent on hardwood cutting of Myricaria squamosa Desv was studied.The results showed that different rooting agents on the rooting effect did not exist significant differences.Autumn greenhouse seedbed cuttings rooting of cuttings was easy，and its survival rate could reach 93.50% under no special treatment，with good quality，root system distribution，and economic benefits.
