Abstract:
The effects of 1-MCP treatment with different packaging on post-harvest quality changes of ‘Fuji’ apple stored at 0℃ were investigated.The results showed that 1-MCP with different packaging could reduce the respiration and ethylene production,restrain the decline of firmness during storage,and the preservation effect was superior to CK.Carton with lining,the lining inside with 1-MCP fumigation,preferably,carton with lining,the lining outside with 1-MCP fumigation and carton with lining,the lining outside with 1-MCP fumigation which closed outside were inferior to the former.
