Abstract:: Using 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L formula and adding different amount of IBA to compare the rooting situation in the rooting stage of Pinellia ternata in tissue culture，the rooting seedlings panted in 6 kinds of different cultivation substrate to compare the growth situation after transplanting out of the bottle in the process of transplanting out of the bottle of Pinellia ternate.The results showed that the best formula was 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L，the best cultivation substance was vermiculite+perlite with survival rate reached 98%.
