Abstract:
An actinomycete strain S15 antagonistic against Rehmanniae Fusarium Wilt was isolated from the soil in Rehmanniae field and the fermentation conditions were primary investigated.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were lixivium of soybean cake 1%,glucose 10 g,NaCl 2.5 g,CaCO3 2 g,peptone 3 g,distilled water 1 000 mL,pH 7.5,temperature 28℃,170 r/min,fermenting 4 days.
