The rapid propagation technique of Adiantum capillus-veneris by spores culture in vitro were studied.The results showed that the sporangia after disinfected and cut from sporophyll were crushed to remove the spores，which were seeded into the medium of 1/2MS，and the spore germination rate was higher.Using prothallus to be seeded into MS could get larger propagation rate.It was difficult to induce the sporophyte from prothallus in vitro，and using 0.1% KH2PO4 inducer to induce outside vitro was more suitable for the transformation of prothallus to sporophyte.
