Abstract:
Taking stems with lateral buds of Aronia melanocarpa as explants, the effects of culture media,hormone types and concentrations,sugar types,explant types and illumination intensities on tissue culture proliferation were studied.The results showed that MS was the suitable basic medium.The hormone treatment of BA 0.5 mg/L,NAA 0.3 mg/L was better for growth and proliferation,resulting in fresh weight and dry weight reaching the maximum respectively with a proliferation index of 8.0.White sugar was considered as the suitable source for Aronia melanocarpa,with fresh weight 926.6 mg and dry weight 182.1 mg.The stem tip of (2.0±0.1)cm was the best part for explant,leading the proliferation up to 8.8 cm and the beneficial illumination intensity was 1 600~2 600 lx.
