Abstract:
Using wine grape ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Yan 73’ as test materials, after applied abscisic acid (ABA),2,4-epibrassinolide (EBR) and brassinazole (Brz,BR synthesis inhibitor) to the grape berries, the effects of the treatment on the production of ethylene and the content of endogenous IAA and GA3 of grape berries were analyzed. The results showed that the evolution of ethylene and the biosynthesis of anthocyanin of grape berries treated with ABA and EBR was promoted. The content of IAA and GA3 of berries treated with ABA and EBR were lower than that of control, but the difference was not significantly.Among varied concentration of EBR treatment,0.4 mg/L had more significant effects than others. After applied Brz to the grape berries, the ethylene production of berries were inhibited, and the berries coloration were also delayed, but the content of IAA and GA3 of grape berries was not significantly different with that of the control.
