Abstract:: To solve the problem that Carex leucochlora seeds could not germinate simultaneously so that it was difficult to conduct sexual reproduction and landscape application，the selected and germination acceleration of Carex leucochlora seeds were studied.The results showed that sinked seed soaked 12 h by 3 g/L KNO₃ solution at 38℃ could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index，and cold stratification treatment could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index，after 150 d by cold stratification，the germination index was 18.15,the germination time was shortened．
