Abstract:
Taking simple static fumigation system for potted seedlings fumigation treatment,different concentrations of SO2 influencing on Prunus×cistena ‘Pissardii’ antioxidant enzyme activity,malondialdehyde,proline content,lipid peroxidation,soluble protein content,and leaf fluid pH were studied.The results showed that with the increase of SO2 concentration,leave of Prunus×cistena ‘Pissardii’ peroxidase (POD),superoxide dismutase (SOD),and catalase (CAT) activity increased,malondialdehyde (MDA),membrane permeability increased,proline and pH of leaf drop.When the concentration of SO2 exceeded 17.10 mg/m3,the antioxidant enzyme system had been severely damaged.
