- With five varieties of different plants as materials，comprehensive characters were analyzed to find out cucumber varieties adaptable in Xining region.The results showed that ‘Helanmini’ and ‘Xiameilun’ had good synthetic characteristics，and its general quality，characteristics of resistance，yield were better among the 5 varieties.‘Yuezhi’，‘Hanyue’ and ‘Jinpengbaipi’ because of their special epidermis,could be used to plant appropriately as a new special varieties.
