Abstract:
A pathogen seriously harming the production of Tremella fuciformis was confirmed and sensitive fungicides were screened by ITS sequence analysis.The results showed that the pathogenic fungi was Neurospora sitophila.The study of sensitive fungicides screening suggested that the inhibitory rate of carbendazin at the concentration of 1.25 g/L on the growth of N.sitophila was 91.1%,however,the inhibitory rates decreased significantly with the increase of the drug dilution.Moreover,chlorothalonil and triadimefon also exhibited strong inhibitory effects.The inhibitory effects of the high pure blue powder and mancozeb were poor.
