Abstract:
Taking the seeds of Dianthus plumarius as explants,the flowering in vitro were studied.The results showed that plant hormones had effect on the development of flowering.The optima1 media for flowering was KT 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L.The medium with activated carbon was more appropriate for flowering.Flowering would be affected by different nutritional levels.It was favorable to halve the element MS medium.It had no effect on the development of flowering by changing the photoperiod for Dianthus plumarius.
