Abstract:
Taking “Hanongqie NO.2” variety as test materials,the effects of substrate with biogas residue on photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of eggplant seedlings in poor light were studied.The results showed that in 55% nature light SLM,protect enzymes(such as SOD,POD,CAT),photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of treatment are higher than CK.Eggplant seedlings cultured by substrate with biogas residue could adapt to poor light and had poor light tolerance.Nevertheless,in 25% nature light the effects of poor light tolerance was much less than that in 55% nature light.
