Abstract:
For the yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium,different factors,including fermentation temperature,fermentation time,initial pH were studied comparatively by using single-factor test during the submerged fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum liquor.Based on the result of single-factor test,fermentation conditions were optimized by using response surface test.The results indicated that the three factors had different effects on the yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium and they were initial pH,fermentation time,fermentation temperature from high to low ordinarily;the maximum yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium (22.89 g/L) was acquired under the conditions that the temperature,fermentation time,initial pH were 28.7℃,124 h,5.9 respectively.
