Abstract:
Because of the role of seed dormancy and hard and thick seed coat produced by inhibition of the Clematis manshurica Rupr.slow germination of seeds，germination rate is low.The effect of germination rate，germination energy，germination index of Clematis manshurica Rupr.seed on seed morphology，seed viability and other characteristics of the different temperatures，different days of cold stratification，different chemical reagent Clematis manshurica Rupr.seeds were studied.The results showed that 25℃ cold stratification 140~160 days，95% sulfuric acid immersion treatment was the best 20 s，could improve the germination rate of seeds Clematis manshurica Rupr..
