Abstract:
ThepostharvestphysiologychangesofKuqaapricotwerestudiedwithmechancialvibrationofsimulatertransporting.TheresultsshowedthattherespirationrateandtheactivitiesofPPO,POD,PGincreased,thecontentofmalonaldehyde(MDA)rose,inducedfasterdecreaseofpectincontentsinthecellwallofKuqaapricotandfasterbrowningandsofteningofthefruits.TheresultsshowedthatseveretransportationvibrationnotonlyledtoheavymechanicaldamagetoKuqaapricot,butalsohadeffectsonthequalitiesofthefruitsduringthetransport.
