Abstract:
TofuwithChinesetoonhasdevelopedafter4yearsresearch，asafety，nutrient，convenientandhealthpouch-packagetofuwithChinesetoonthathadlongfreshpreservationtimewereaccomplished.Process，productionmethodswerebrieflyresumed，andthroughthequalitydetectionandsensoryevaluation，theproductwasapprovedbyconsumers.
