Abstract:
Researchesonmethodsofsporangiuminducing,rejuvenation,preservationandgrowthcharacteristicsofPhytophthoracapsiciwerecarriedout.Theresultsshowedthatthesporangiumonmycelialplugsweremoreandappearedearlierthanthemyceliumpickingoutfromthewholecolonyunderlight;Theefficiencyofstemsegments’backinoculationwashigherthanthatoftheleafsegments;ThepreservationeffectonPSAmediumunder16℃wasbestandpreservationtimewasthreetofourmonths;GrowthrateofPh1andPh3strainsexceptPh2hadnosignificantdifferencespre-andpost-rejuvenationbutthecolonyofthreephysiologicalracesbecamecompactandpathogenicityenhancedafterrejuvenation;Thethicknessofmediumhadeffectonthegrowthofcolonyandthebestvolumewas10~15mL;Thecellageofmyceliumhadnoeffectonthegrowthofcolony;Thegrowthrateofthreephysiologicalracesslowedastheirpathogenicityenhanced.
