Abstract:
3bacteriacapableofdegradingDDVPwereisolatedfromthepearleaves,whichcollectedfromthepearorchardswithlong-termapplicationoftheorganophosphoruspesticidesinSouthernXinjiang.AllthethreeisolateswereidentificatedtobePseudomonassp.withthehelpof16SrDNA.TheoptimalconditionsfordegradingDDVPofthestrainPP-Y1wereaspH6.0and7days,asthedegradationratereachedto53.4%.Therewasnosignificantdifferencestodegradationrateat26~35℃.TheintracellularenzymaticcoulddegradeDDVP.ThestrainPP-Y1wasusedforinoculatingpearleavesandfruits,andre-isolatedrateswere87%and79%atday10,respectively.TheaboveresultssuggestedthestrainPP-Y1couldeasilycolonizedonthesurfaceofpearleavesandfruits,anditprovidedtheresourcesandsurportsfordevelopingandapplicatingthedegradingDDVPmicrobial.
