Abstract:
Chosenstemtip,thestemsection(withoutbud),youngleavesandthestemsectionasexplants,adventitiousbudsinduction,subculture,rootingandtransplantingindifferenthormonelevelsandmediawerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthestemsectionwasthebestexplant.ThebestmediumwasMS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/Lforadventitiousbudsinductionandsubculture,theinductionrateandsubcultureratewereall100%,thequantityofadventitiousbudswas7~10;Thebestmediumofrootingmediumwas1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L,therootingratewas100%andtheseedlinggrowthvigourexuberantly.ThemethodshouldbeusedtoestablishtherapidpropagationsystemandrealizescaleproductionforScindapsusaurus.
