Abstract:
TakingtissuecultureseedlingofStachysfloridanaSchuttl.exBenthasmaterial,theeffectofdifferentlightemittingdiodeongrowthofadventitiousbudwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthegrowthvigoroftheadventitiousbudunderbluelightsourcewasthebest,anditsleafwaslargeandexhibition.Theincrementmultipleoftheadventitiousbudundergreenlightsourcewasthehighest,reached317%.Thecontentofchlorophyllofthetissuecultureseedlingunderwhiteandcontrollightsourcewerethehighest,thecontentofchlorophyllofthetissuecultureseedlingunderbluelightsourcewasthesecond,thecontentofchlorophylla+bunderyellowlightsourcewasonly37%forthewhitelightsource.Thetrendofcontentofcarotenoidofthetissuecultureseedlingwassimilartothechlorophyll.Thecontentoftotalphenolsrangedthatundergreenlightsource<underyellowlightsource<underwhitelightsource<underredlightsource<underblueandcontrollightsource.
